Benjamin Flaherty

ABOUT

Benjamin Flaherty joined Varunes, Estabrook & Associates in November of 2024 as a law clerk while attending Quinnipiac University School of Law. Attorney Flaherty passion for excellence has propelled him to graduate from his undergraduate studies early and graduate law school with honors.

Attorney Flaherty’s involvement in groups such as Quinnipiac’s Mock Trial Society and Society for Dispute Resolution has not only honed his skills legal and advocacy skills, but has instilled in him a passion for helping the individual. Attorney Flaherty’s legal background is expansive, covering such areas as family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. While Attorney Flaherty is more than happy to meet at a negotiation table, he feels right at home in the courtroom. He is thrilled to bring his background, skills, and experience to the Varunes, Estabrook team.

Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys exercising, karaoke with friends, and Buffalo sports (GO BILLS!)
